ToolBar and Favorites

The First thing after installing Explorer 7.0 I was looking for "my
Favorites" and had
a hard time finding. finally located in "Tools" Then "ToolBars" then
clicking on "Favoriets". SO I decided to Customize and add "My Favorites" to
my tool bar and found out that it's not an option.
Microsoft needs to add the link to Favorites onto the Explorer 7.0 toolbar.
