The product key is typically printed on the CD box.
If you purchased a downloadable version, your vendor would likely
email you the product key.

Nobody in this newsgroup knows your key, so we can't email it to you.

You are going to need to contact the Vendor you purchased the software from.
Here, in the forum for Microsoft Access, we do not have Product Keys.

The product key is diffent for batches of the software and is found on the
package you purchased.
