Hi. Does anybody know any tool which is capable of detecting all the
processes running in all workstations within the network? If this is not
possible, how about detecting the installed softwares in the entire network?
I know that this is not related in any way in the newsgroup, please bare with
me.

thanks.

See tip 9220 » How can I generate a .TSV file containing the software installed on my computer?
in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com

Use PsExec, tip 4141 » PsExec freeware executes programs remotely,
to run it on each computer.

For detecting the installed softwares in the entire network try using SMS
(System Management Server from MS), not only it list all the installed SW but
also all HW inventory in the network.
