Tool bars keep moving around

My tool bars in Outlook 2002 keep moving on me. I don't know what I did
originally, but the McAfee tool bar appeared on my screen in a place I don't
like. I am able to drag it to a new position and move the other tool bars
back how I like them and they stay there until I turn off my computer. When
I turn it back on, everything is back to where I don't want it and I have to
move all the tool bars again. I have tried resetting, deleting the McAfee
toolbar, and everything else I can think of, but everytime I restart my
computer, all the toolbars are back in the wrong places. What can I do?

Apparently the McAfee toolbar is poorly written. It is up to the toolbar
itself to keep track of where you put it. Outlook has no control over that.
