Tool Bar changes will not stay permanent

I moved tool bars around to where I want them to permanently stay.
Everything looks just the way I want it to be. I close "Word" and the
next time I launch "Word" everything went back to the way it was
before I made any changes! All of my changes were for nothing..
I even unchecked a tool bar that I do not want to be displayed, tool
bar then disappears, I am happy. I close "Word" and the next time I
open "Word"
the damn tool bar is right back where it was! I am frustrated, can
anyone help me?

Is this a built-in toolbar or one belonging to an add-in (like Adobe
acrobat)?
Which Word version?

Please respond in the same thread on this newsgroup. Make sure you
include details of your application and Windows versions, and whether
or not you have included any service pack updates.

Mike,
This is a tool bar from another program "Systran"
Systran install it's own tool bar automatically on "Word" as well as
the "Internet Explorer" I am using Microsoft Office XP
