Tool/Address Bar

My tool bars and address bar have completely disappeared
and I have no idea how get them back. I've rebooted my
system, but when i open IE there is just a full page of my
default home, no place to enter addresses or anything.

Sounds like you may be in full screen mode. Hit the F11 key.
