Too many recipients?

Glenn

I've recently begun having a problem with Outlook XP. When I try to send an
email to a number of recipients, I'm getting a message from the "System
Administrator" with "Undeliverable" in the Subject line and the following in
the body:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 12/11/2004 1:46 PM
452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

etc.

Can anyone please tell me how to prevent this from occurring?

Thanks,
Glenn

Well, you could try sending to fewer recipients. :)

My guess is that either your ISP or theirs has instituted some anti-spam
measures which include rejecting messages that have too many recipients in
the TO: field.

You could try BCC'ing your recipients instead. Or break the recipient list
into smaller chunks and send 2, 3 or more messages each with a different
chunk.
