too many programs loading at login

too many programs loading at login,how can i set these programs to start when
needed?
 
I don't mean to be rude, but what ARE you talking about? This is a forum for
MS Access databases. There are no "programs" in Access to be "loading at
login!" When an Access db loads one form usually loads; but never more than
one. If you're working with an Access app you'll have to be much clearer in
what you're talking about. If you're not working in Access you'll need to
find an appropriate forum. If you're dealing in some other language, let us
know and perhaps someone here can point you in the right direction.
