too many cookies-cannot delete or stop from loading

too many cookies-before i get on line-cookies already loading.tools are set
to advanced-tools are set to advanced over ride-prompt and block-cookies
still load.need help.
 
This is a browser problem, not a FrontPage problem. Post in a forum or
newsgroup appropriate to the browser you are using.
