Too many choices in "Choose form"

I have many public folders in Outlook. However, only a couple of these have
forms in them. When I want to select a form, I have to scroll through all of
these folders. Is there any way to limit which folders appear in my "Choose
form" drop down list?

No, but here's an easier approach: In Outlook's main window, display the folder that contains the form you want, then look on the Actions menu. All the forms published to that folder should be listed there.

The Actions menu displays 19 forms, but there are 70 in the folder (I
personally only use about 10, and they aren't the ones which display).

In that case, you might want to write one or more macros for the forms you actually use. To create a new instance of a custom form programmatically, use the Add method on the target folder's Items collection:

Set newItem = targetFolder.Items.Add("IPM.Post.YourFormName")

You can use the code at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/getfolder.htm to walk the folder hierarchy and return the MAPIFolder corresponding to a given path string.
