Too large of an email

I am having trouble receiving my email. I am currently downloading a 2 MB
email and cannot receive my other emails until that one is complete and it is
taking forever on Outlook. Any ideas of help of how to cancel the large email
but still receive the other messages?? I am in need of some help please!!!!

Is there a web interface to the mailbox in question? If yes, you could go
thru the web interface and move/delete the item in question.

If then don't, then you can use something like http://mmm3.sourceforge.net/
to delete the item.
