Can someone tell me more hwat this means. I gave tried to test it, but I'm
not sure how to "trip" it. I must mis-understand its intent

0 - Display message and do not correct problem
1 - Correct problem with message
2 - Correct problem with no message to user
Users will change things which they shouldn't be mucking with. Or you may
decide to move the folders in which various files reside. This option will
allow you to fix the the shortcut or batch/command file without even telling
them.

Nah, my writing skills definitely aren't the best.

Change something in the shortcut the Auto FE updater creates. Such as adding some
garbage text to the target field. If set to 1 or 2 you will need to put the garbage
text back in the target line as it will fix up the shortcut.
