Toggle message text in reply

There are many messages that I respond to in which I do not desire to
include the original message text, yet there are many in which I do desire
to include the oringinal message text in the reply. Is there an easy way to
do this, perhaps with a toolbar button, instead of going through the menu
sequence of tools/options/email options, etc each time I want to change the
setting?

Leave it to include the original message, then when you wish to NOT have the
original message included, hit reply, then immediately hold down the shift
key and press Page Down until you get to the bottom of the message. Let go
of both buttons and press Delete.

Now simply go on and type your reply.
