toggle capslock when opening workbook

Hi There.Please help as i am new to vb code and do not understand how to turn
the capslock key on when opening a workbook.The sendkeys code do not want to
work.Please explain in detail how to go about the procedure and where to
insert the code.Help will be appreciated.Thanks in advance
