TOC page number tab

I added a new paragraph to my document. I updated the TOC and the new
paragraph has the associated page number too far to the left. It is not
right aligned like the others. I can manually tab it over, but if I update
the TOC, the number moves back to the left again. How can I get the right
align to stick?

Check the tabs defined in the TOC style in question (e.g. if the heading is
formatted as Heading 3, the TOC style in use will normally be TOC 3)? The
reason could be that the style contains an extra tab.
