TOC entry

I have marked "Claims Appendix" for inclusion into the TOC (as shown below),
but the second line "The Claims Involved in the Appeal" is also showing up in
the TOC even though I haven't marked it. I tried putting a style separator
after } but that didn't work either.

CLAIMS APPENDIX { TC "CLAIMS APPENDIX" /f C /l "1" }
THE CLAIMS INVOLVED IN THE APPEAL

Can anyone help me?
 
In the TOC Options dialog, did you check the box for "Table entry fields"
and clear the ones for "Styles" and "Outline levels"?
