Toaster windows don't work if taskbar has been moved

If the Windows taskbar has been moved (e.g. to the right
side of the screen), the toaster popups zoom all the way up
to the top of the screen and disappear.

Quite comical, but they're impossible to read.

This is a known issue, you just have to keep the taskbar at the bottom if
you want to see and accept the notifications. This should be remedied by
beta 2.

Impossible? I'm told that if you stab them with a fork er, mouse--you can
grab them and get them to hold still for a moment or two.

They squeal loudly though--it's not for the faint-hearted!

Meaning, when you hover the mouse pointer over the notification it will keep
still.

Check your Task Manager... They are lurking about, perhaps waiting for
cheese spread.
