to retreive server password

our server administrator left our firm without giving us the domain & local
password of the 3 servers at our office.

how do we retrieve the domain & the local password to the machine, or maybe
at least reset it.

is this possible

I've used this free utility for a few years with no problems. BE AWARE that
some have had their systems scrambled, but it's neverhappened with me. Be
certain to read all the info about this utility. You can use either a floppy
or bootable CD, instructions included for both.

This is third party, and I am certain that MS will not support it.
