Try going to your ISP's homepage and look for a WEBMAIL option. There you
should be able to put in your user name and your access password and view &
edit your mail at their server. Delete most of the junk or trivial mail
and then download using your normal mail program. One you get your server
mail load reduced to a nominal size, keep your e-mail checks up to date.

program named Mailwasher. It'll let you view, delete, or bounce all
those E-mails without needing to download them to your computer first.
We could use more information, but if it is a problem with the
Internet Service Provider, talk to them and tell them to flush the
emails, if the emails are not important to you.
