Hi

I would like to send an email to a number of people but
only want each (1) recipient to appear in the TO field and
everyone else to be annoymous.

How would I do this? I have tried putting everyone in BCC
but no-one appears in the To field.

Many thanks for your help

Create a new recipient in your address book called 'Undisclosed Recipients" and
give it your e-mail address.

Compose the message, addressing it to Undisclosed Recipients (which is yourself)
then put all of the recipients names (or the DL) in the Bcc field.

That won't do what Yvonne wants, which is to put each recipient's name in
the To field. THe way to do that is with a mail merge from Outlook contacts
to Word.
