To-do subject info dissappears

Using Outlook 2007 with Exchange and 2 users have reported subject
info on their to-do list will disappear. It's random and one of the
users doesn't have any delegates, unlike the other one. I sent the
user with no delegates a test task to see if the subject disappears by
chance. I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting this one. Any
suggestions?

We've looked at all the different views available by changing the
selections in the list under the current view column on the left and
the missing subject line info doesn't reappear. The catch is that the
to-do item doesn't dissappear, just the info in the subject of the
item that gives the description of what it's there for dissappears.
So for these two people, when a subject dissappears, they've still got
the to-do item there but they don't what what the subject is.

It's just weird and way too random.

is it just disappearing on the to-do list? Have you tried resetting the
views?

do they have in-cell editing enabled? I'm thinking they do something to
delete the subject... and don't realize it.

I'll try turning off In-Cell Editing, thanks for the idea. I didn't
know that was an option. I also think there is something going on
between the user and the keyboard but there is no way to track that
when they don't realize they are doing it. I'll give this a shot.
Thank.
