To Dave B re Can't get out of Safe Mode Menu

Dave, my reply kept coming back to me as undeliverable so I hope you are
able to pick this up.

There is not option to disable auto restart. I only see the BSOD
momentarily...I did see something that had the word pool in it. Thanks I
appreciate anything you can think of.

You are problably not looking in the right spot.
On my system, the path is:
Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Advanced ->
Startup and Recovery.
You will find a box to disable automatic rebooting.

Stop messages which contain "pool" are mostly the result of driver issues.
I. E., there is a bad driver file on your system.
