To activate the windows

i cant activate my windows from last few days

i have 2 copies of copy of Genuine Microsoft XP profesional with
registration,
from last 2 years i use it.

but due to virus infections and spywares it need to format. but now it give
error like

"According to our records, the number of times you can activate

windows with this product key has been exceeded ..."

Now what can i do to activate this copy

also thier is stuff

when i go thro telephone activation it gives number like

1600 1111 00 and some other but it tells me this number dows not exist

help me please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually you can choose to speak to an operator.

Is this copy an OEM copy that came with the PC(s) in question? Are the
companies in business? Have you contacted them (they - by selling you an
OEM and installing it on the system originally - took on the support of said
OS.)
