A hint: If they don't type anything in that placeholder, it won't show when
the presentation is played.
Another hint: If you drag the placeholder off the slide (onto the grey area
around the slide) when you design the slide, it won't show when the
presentation plays either. The advantage to this option is that the user of
your template can still give the slide a title, which means it will show in
the outline.
