Love photo story 3. How do I create a title page with no picture, just a
background color? Also, since I'm making a wedding video, is there any
website I can get some templates to make better transitions between picture
groups (example: last image showing a picture within a heart.)

make the plain black color as a picture using Paint or other image
software....

your image editing software...then import
them into PhotoStory
