Title Bar - want to stop auto-filling

I have FP 2002, windows XP...

It seems somewhat random, but sometimes when I open a page
in FP, the Title Bar will automatically change to the name
of the document, with path included...

In some folders, EVERY file just automatically puts the
file name and path in the Title, without me doing
anything...

This never happened in FP 2000 on my windows 98 pc...

Is there any way I can stop this?...Maybe I can check on
or check off something in some kind of settings somewhere
in FP 2002 to shut this feature off?...I would like to put
my own titles in for all of my pages, thank you very
much...

I did look around in Tools, Options, and I did look in FP
help to no avail...

This should only happens when you have not added a title to your HTML pages, as FP need a way to
identify each file. You should see this with image and other non HTML files.
