Title bar and Task bar donot show after install patch
from Windows Update


- Using Windows XP Pro
- After I install some patchs from Windows Update,
in XP Theme-title bar and task bar become black or
trasparent.

-How do I fix this problem?
 
What was the number of this patch and how did you find it?
