Title and Navigation bar disappear on home page only when previewi

Hi, this is my first post here....for some reason, my Title and navigation
bar both disappear when I preview my web site in a browser, but only from my
home page, not from the other pages in my web site. I can see the Title and
navigation bar in design view on my home page, but they don't appear when I
preview in my browser. The problem happened after I used a Meta Tag analyzer
and added some meta tags to my code, so maybe this messed something up?
