Tired of clicking

I have a windows xp system and using office xp. Everytime
I open outlook, the licenses agreement pops and wants me
to accept or decline. The registration wizrd shows the
application is already registered and activated. How to I
correct this activity......HELP
 
Login as the administrator and accept the EULA.
