tiny thumbnails

My Windows 2000 machine has suddenly begun displaying
photos that are in PhotoShop format (.psd) as tiny
thumbnails, rather than the normal size ones. Jpegs and
Tiffs are still displayed normally in open windows, but you
need a microscope to see the small ones. Anybody know how
to fix this?

i've had issues in the past with photoshop thumbnails but it's been a while
i think it's more of an adobe issue than an os issue
