Tiny printing from internet

Whenever I print a page from the internet (e-mail, etc) the font is very
small. This happens with some .gif files, too. I've gone through all the
settings looked for where a font size may be set too small, or a page size is
set to less than 100%, but everything looks OK.

This happen from the same machine on two different printers, while a
different machine prints at normal size on either printer. That tells me it's
the machine, and not the printer.

The website information that prints at the bottom of the screen prints at
normal size.

Any advice or suggestions?

I have wasted hours trying to solve this tiny print problem and was hoping
someone (perhaps even HP) had a solution. Tom should answer Bob C.'s
question.
I have the same problem on two computers and two HP printers, so it seems
strange (maybe not?) HP doesn't have an answer.
