The icons for applications that startup at start are very tiny for one the
users on a WinXP Home, SP2. It is OK for the other login user. What causes
the tiny and unreadable icons and how can I correct this.

both users have the same screen resolution ? 800 X 600 or 1024 X 768 etc.
display properties>settings

Yes, I believe both users have 1024 x 768. It's only the icons that are
tiny, maybe 10 x10 pixels.

To fix this, go to Display Properties -> Appearance -> Advanced.

The System Tray Icon size is set by the size of the 'Caption Buttons' on
that screen. Increase the 'Caption Button' size and see if it is reflected
in the system tray also.

Dan,
That was it. Thank you very much for the info. The pixels was set to 20 and
it should have been 25. That made all the difference.
