Yeap, I live outside of Victoria. We finally have all our services
working, although the electricity is still not fully reliable.

I saw on the TV weather news yesterday that Victoria and Vancouver area
is improving as to power outages. You've had a lot of snow and Vancouver
area was hit with lots of problems as well. Very unusual at any time for
your part of the country.
We got our first snowflurries of the winter today, but the roads are
clear and its sunny right now but cold -around 5C.
Early this week it was 16C here. Good that you are getting your services
back. You wouldn't want to go through that very often. Weather patterns
can be strange and unpredictable. We dont't get a lot of snow here some
winters, but others we do.
Freezing rain is bad too especially for driving and we get that
sometimes.
