Time what? Event viewer often records when a policy has been applied and if
you run gpresult it will tell the last time a policy has been applied with
machine policy being security policy. You can run gpresult on a domain
controller or a domain computer is you suspect policy is not being applied
to a particular computer.Possibly replmon may be something you are looking
