timezone differences

I have a single domain that covers two timezones, one is
11 hours behind the other. All the servers get time from
one timezone, but the users want their PCs and local
servers to reflect local time. Is there a way to make
this work other than changing the time on the PCs? When
we changed the time on the servers, it caused problems
when users logged in.
 
You should be able to use local time in each site without any errors on your
domain. I don't understand your configuration. Windows is not dependent on
time zones for authentication. Only that the systems be correct for the
time zones they reside in.
