I am having a problem with MS-power point. I am trying to save a
presentation, and it gives me an error saying:

Some of your fonts cannot be saved with the presentation.

Cannot be saved:
TimesNewRomanPSMT

Reason: Not Installed

Also, the arrow marks in the presentation are not being saved correctly and
are changed into squares.

I am totally ignorant about the error. Any help is appreciated.

Most likely you got this presentation from someone else who DID have that font
installed and who used it in their presentation. But if you don't have it
installed, PPT can't re-embed it, so you get a message saying so.

Best bet: choose Format, Replace fonts. Choose TimesNewRomanPSMT in the upper
list box, choose TimesNewRoman in the lower list box and click Replace.

That should, I think, solve the problem.

Also, the arrow marks in the presentation are not being saved correctly and
are changed into squares.

That may be a side effect of the same problem.
