timer slides for PP 2003

I am looking for a timer slide for PP 2003 that counts down one minute. I
found some on the Microsoft site that changes every 10 seconds. I would like
to have a timer that changes every ten seconds for the first 50 seconds, then
changes every second from 10 down to 1. Any idea?

I have a timer on my site that you could configure that way:

My instructions assume that you want the same timing all the way through,
but you could easily set the timing for some of the numbers to have a delay
of 10 seconds and others to count down every second.
