I'm running xp and want to set time constraints on
certian users. How do I set up the machine to not allow
a particular user to log on at a certian time of day or
night?

you're not in a Domain environment, this will not force a user to log off
when their hours expire. You'll need 3rd party software if you need that
kind of control.
