Time Zones change messes up all appointments

Somehow I have managed to change time zone on my PC. When I changed it back, all appointments stayed according to the previous time zone. Is there a way to have the appointments move with the timezone (one off job) or at least prevent this from happening in the future?
 
What version of Outlook are you using? Can you use a second time zone for
this purpose?
