Have you tried stopping the time service?

Start
Run
type
services.msc
click OK

<Services window opens>

Scroll down till you find

Windows Time

Right click on it and select Properties

Set startup to Disabled

Press the Stop button

Be aware though that domain security requires that domain members are
within 5 minutes of the servers time.

If you prevent time sync on an active directory domain, kerberos will stop
authenticating machines that are more than 5 minutes out of sync with the
domain controller.
