hi members

i want to develop a timetable for teachers and their periods.
i want there should not be timeclash.

If the timetable has time going horizontally and has set periods, yo
need to create a master list of teachers, to make sure their names ar
entered consistently. then use these name to populate the timetable
then in counditional formating choose formula and in say cell B
countif(b3,B$3:b$30)>1 and mae the cells go red. this will show whe
there is a timetable clash, and the conditional formating can be copie
to the other cells
