Time synchronisation

I cannot get XP time to synchronise. I suppose my NATS router does not have
the required port open but Help does not tell me which port it wants to use
(just unblock NTP?). I have found 'Atomic Clock' uses port 13 out/TCP but
that does not work with XP. Can anyone advise which port I should use to get
this to synch?
