Time synch on domain

I'm trying to enable the Time Synch capability in XP Pro,
but the Internet Time tab is not displayed in the
Date/Time properties. The XP help says this is not
available if the computer is setup on a domain, which my
machine is. However, there is at least one person in our
office that is also on a domain, and the Internet Time tab
is displayed. He remembers reading something somewhere
about how to enable this, even on a domain, but can't find
that info. Does anyone know how to set this up?

The "net time" DOS windows command-prompt command could also be used. Works
for domains

You should set your domain controller to sync with the internet time
service.
Then in your login script set "Net Time Set \\{domaincontroller}

This will sync all your machines with the domain controller.

I'm pretty sure that is already happening. However, it
seems the clock on my PC is fast, and it quickly gets 5-10
minutes ahead of actual time. I was wanting to use the
Time Sync feature to synch the clock every or so.
