time sync

My PCs clock in the taskbar on my XP machine is
displaying the wrong time. I turned off the clock
syncrinization because it was too fast (like 15 min
fast). Any ideas?

Is your time zone set correctly?

Would that make a difference? It's just 15 mins faster
not like an hour. If is was 1 hour ahead I would
understand. I haven't checked. I'll check.
