Would anyone know how to remove those Guid's and force manual
synchronization between all DC's as it appears time is off.
 
The GUIDs will always be there, they are part of the replication
dampening info. If they were gone bad things would happen, check out the
chapter on replication in my book.

As for the other items, I would use repadmin /showreps for the specific
DCs in question and look to see if there are issues and then clear them up.
