For some reason, for the last several days, something
keeps changing the time setting from what is correct.
I enter an adjustment to the correct time, and in several
minutes to about an hour, the time is
changed "automatically" to a time three hours later.
Actually it's changed to a time exactly 2:59:30 later.
I've checked my program list in Add/remove Programs, and
nothing there seems odd. I've attempted to go to Online
Time Synchroniaztion, but trying to connect to both sites
always comes back with errors.
This is happening on a Gateway Laptop, and all of the
above happens at work when I'm connected to our LAN and it
happens at home when I'm not connected to anything (so
it's something internal to my machine) or if I'm phone
modem connected to my ISP.
Suggestions?
I rarely frequent newsgroups, so if you could also send
