So, where does Win2K Server hide the machines it looks up for getting
the time? Big Brother keeps showing warnings in my logs to say the
server can't talk to the NTP server, so I'd like to see what server it
is looking up and perhaps change it to a closer one. But the setting
seems hidden :o\

I knew there was a reason i prefered linux ;)

stand-alone, member, or domain controller?

In any event, you can open a command prompt and net time /querysntp. To set
would be net time /setsntp:<time_server>

/neo

ps - member workstations/servers go to the authenticating dcs. dcs go to
the dc that holds the pdc fsmo role. dc that holds the pdc fsmo goes to
time provider.
