time server

Hi, i have a subdomain controller, my problem is i want
the subdomain controller to be the time server but each
time i change the time, the subdomain controller
syncrhonizes with the parent domain controller and reset
the time equivalent to the domain? would it be possible
for me to set the subdomain controller as the time server?

The root time server of a domain is the one that holds the PDC Emulator FSMO
role. Move this role to the server you want to act as the time server.

Ultimately, the PDC Emulator in the forest root domain provides the time for
the entire forest so this particular server should be time synchronised with
an Internet time server.
