time-out event ID 7011

Hi If i start my laptop recently it takes ages before he
starts. I tracked the problem to the service control
manager where i get the message: Time-out (30000 seconds)
while waiting for a response on tranaction of the service:
Spooler. (i use a dutch version, so i translated the
message). When i close down the service spooler, the
laptop starts normal, yet i do not want to enable.disable
each time the spooler, so i am looking for a solution for
this problem
