Help please... the info previously provided means nothing
to me and have no clue what I'm suppposed to do with it.

We do not have our crystal ball with us all of the time.

Runtime Library Microsoft Visual C++. Runtime Error Program
C:\Windows\Explorer.exe or Iexplore.exe, abnormal program termination.
